Pulp and paper

Metso Materials Technology cooperates very closely with machine builders in the pulp and paper industry, e.g. with Metso Paper, in developing new and more wear-resistant solutions. Many improvements have been achieved, for example by using powder metallurgical Hot Isostatic Pressing in component manufacturing.
